Who is Auror?
If you've spent any time in retail loss prevention, you already know the name. Auror is the platform used by leading Loss Prevention teams across thousands of stores worldwide, built to help retailers get sharper on safety, productivity and profitability. These are people whose whole job is precision. So when they came to us needing branded merch, "she'll be right" was never going to fly.
The Brief: Premium Tees, Fast
Auror had an office event locked in and needed tees to match. Sounds easy enough, right? Except the timeline was tight. What they actually wanted was three things happening at once: tees that genuinely looked and felt premium, a process that didn't involve fifteen back-and-forth emails, and delivery guaranteed before the deadline. No stress, no chasing, no "where's my order" texts at 4pm the day before.
The Challenge: When "Urgent" Meets "Premium"
Anyone who's tried to rush a merch order knows exactly how this usually goes. Speed and quality don't always play nice together, and a lot of "urgent" jobs end up as thin, scratchy promo shirts that get worn once and then shoved to the back of a drawer forever. That wasn't going to cut it for Auror. They needed something people would genuinely want to put on again, and they needed a process tight enough that hurrying up didn't mean anything falling through the cracks.
What Auror actually needed:
- A real, honest-to-goodness premium tee, not a flimsy freebie
- A proofing and coordination process that made sense from day one
- Guaranteed delivery ahead of a fixed event date, full stop
What We Recommended
We put Auror onto Maple and Staple premium cotton tees. We picked these specifically because they don't feel like merch. They feel like a tee someone would actually buy for themselves, which is exactly the point. Good branded apparel should live in someone's regular wardrobe rotation, not their donation pile.
How We Made It Happen
When the clock's ticking, communication is everything. So we got stuck in early and worked closely with Claire at Auror the whole way through, from nailing down the print details to keeping the timeline honest and on track. No mystery updates, no crossed wires. Just straightforward back and forth so everyone knew exactly where things stood, right up until the tees landed.
The Result
The tees showed up before the event deadline, fully branded and looking sharp: a bold full-colour print on the back and a clean single-colour print on the front left chest, all in at $30.96 + GST each, branding included.
Auror's team walked into their event in gear that actually looked intentional, not like something thrown together the night before.
And here's the bit we're genuinely proud of: it didn't stop there. That one urgent run turned into a proper ongoing relationship. Claire's been back since for repeat tee orders, plus other branded gear including totes and notebooks.
Why It Worked
At the end of the day, premium merch isn't really about the product. It's about trust. Auror knew what they wanted, and we made it insanely easy for them to get it, fast, without cutting corners anywhere. That's usually how a one-off order turns into someone becoming a regular.
